Berlin-based Spice Business Seeks Strategic Partner

I am Fritz Paul Vater, running the business since 2011, starting with a Saffron-Product, adding in 2020 a Vanilla product and having now finalized the development of a Unique Spice Liqueur.

Owner of the business is my wife Hazel - who is younger than me. I am authorized to do any managing action – (in German Language my position is - GENERALBEVOLLMÄCHTIGTER).

Our customers are mainly German restaurants in the European and Mediterranean Mid-Range and Fine-Dining Category.

The new Spice Liqueur should have good chances to be successful there as well and of course in the Fine Foods Retail-Industry.

Currently, we are looking for a partner who should provide some funds and support efficient marketing.

In Return we are ready to provide a share in the company and latest to hand over the rest of the ownership-rights in 2040.

Probably it will happen much earlier, as I am already a Senior Entrepreneur and Hazel does not want to take the business over as a sole proprietor in the case of my departure caused by ill heath or I pass away in the end.
