About the shop:
The shop was founded 4 years ago and currently has 153 reviews with an average of 4.8 stars. It is active in Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. The account has no warnings or violations of Amazon policies. There is no external financing, so there are no loans to pay off. I am the sole owner and there are no employees. The inventory is stored exclusively in Amazon's warehouse in Germany.
Reason for the sale:
I want to sell the shop to raise capital for another project (not Amazon FBA).
About the brands:
I have built two of my own brands: "Cleanpet's" and "BEELINEX".
* "Cleanpet's" is a brand for pet supplies, especially care and cleaning products. The brand is registered in both Germany and France and on Amazon Brand Registry. Currently, two ASINs under this brand are particularly successful and are placed in the top 50 of the BSR in their subcategory in the long term.
* "BEELINEX" is a brand for household goods, especially kitchen products. This brand is an EU-wide brand and is also registered with the Amazon Brand Registry. One ASIN of this brand is particularly successful and regularly in the top 100 of the BSR in its subcategory.
The three successful ASINs also have registered EU community designs that are included in the sale. The value of the inventory of the 3 ASINs is approximately 13,332 euros.
Sales and sales history:
Since Q4 2023, sales have consisted of approximately 50% private label products and 50% online arbitrage. Total sales for the last 12 months are approximately 190,000 euros. Sales of private labels remain stable, while sales from online arbitrage are decreasing. The average margin on private labels is 18% and the ROI is 135%.
The entire store, private labels or listings, inventory stored on Amazon and IP rights (trademarks and designs) are for sale. Each of these components can also be purchased individually.
