For the electric drive systems and drive technology group we are looking for other companies in the industry

The electric drive systems and drive technology group is a combination of currently two medium-sized companies that develop drive technology, and manufacture and sell stepper motors, power stages, small and micro electric motors, electronic controls and gearboxes. The customer industries for these drive systems come from astronautics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, building technology, environmental engineering and the commercial vehicle industry.

We are looking for other companies that operate in the field of electric drive systems and have their headquarters in Germany (focus on southern Germany) or in the west of Austria.

investment criteria

• At least EUR 10 million turnover

• Majority participation of at least 51%, if possible more than 75%

• Headquarters in Germany or in the west of Austria
